Pathway to More is an exam preparation platform for the IAPP CIPP/US certification. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.
What we collect
When you create an account or request access, we collect your name and email address. If you purchase a subscription, payment information is processed by our payment processor — we do not store your credit card details.
As you use the platform, we collect exam performance data: your responses, scores, and results across practice sessions. This data powers the diagnostic features of the platform.
If you opt in to marketing communications, we store your preference to receive those emails.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- Create and manage your account
- Deliver exam content and track your progress
- Send transactional emails (account confirmations, password resets)
- Send marketing emails, if you opted in
- Improve the platform
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties except as needed to operate the service (hosting, payment processing, email delivery).
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
If you opted in to marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.
Data retention
We retain your account and performance data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days.
